Welcome to "Poetry Fun".  This site contains some of my poems for children.  There are two types of poems - those with an "interactive" element which work best in the format that only a web site can provide - see PART 1, and just plain ordinary poems - usually on a horror theme - see PART 2.  They can be read by children at home "just for fun", or used as a teaching resource.  Ideas for using the poems as a teaching resource can be found on my other site www.literacyonline.com.  This site contains lots of other resources to help with teaching literacy to the 7-11 age range.
