In St Boniface Church is an ancient tomb
                                                      Where Sir Roger de Flambeaux lies
                                                      And below the tomb is a vaulted room
                                                      Which is sealed from human eyes.

                                                      For in that room is Sir Roger's gold -
                                                      Enough to fill a hearse,
                                                      But none is so brave as to open the grave
                                                      And risk Sir Roger's curse.

                                                      A puzzle to tax the sharpest minds
                                                      Seals the entrance to that room,
                                                      But there is a clue to let you through
                                                      Which is written upon the tomb:

People who take the trouble to
Read these verses through
Even though they're hard
Should find the clue.

So study them with care
Then perhaps you'll know
How to open the tomb and
Enter the room below.
