We've got a strange new teacher,
His name is Mr Were.
He's got a degree in Biology
And he's teaching us this year.

His favourite theme is wildlife -
Mammals and all the rest.
Birds, baboons, and striped racoons -
And wolves - which he likes the best.

His face is sort of pointed
With very powerful jaws.
His eyes are scary and his hands are hairy
And his nails are long  - like claws.

And when our class is naughty
He gives an angry growl
With a voice as rough as our Rover's "Wuff!"
And as mournful as his howl.

I wish I'd done my homework
And got my classwork right
Cause I'm in detention for not paying attention
And there's a full moon tonight!
